Dagon Fisk

The official US Government position on Mr. Fisk is that he is a minor, individual player in international and corporate politics with likely ties to radical anti-corporate terrorism. 

Dagon Fisk was credited in the media for the bombing of the Paris space elevator 10 years ago but has otherwise remained absent from international attention.

A small number of seemingly disconnected activities can regularly traced back to him, including kidnappings, corporate sabotage and espionage, arms smuggling and drug production all hinting at the presence of a significant and powerful criminal organization.

Despite this, very little law enforcement action has been taken against Dagon Fisk giving him the underworld reputation for being untouchable by the authorities.
